I just bought some muscle synergy, I am 4 weeks out....just wondered how best to use it, and how many to take for women!!

Hey Fit!

8-10 twice per day bare minimum.

Female or Male does not matter as much as how much you weigh.

If you can afford to, try for 10 or more.

Empty stomach is key as they will determine absorption.

Enjoy the pump, the strength, and the size.

Yep, I agree with ETX...just in case you wanted a womans opinion. I'm a lightweight b'ber and can handle 10 twice a day with no problem.

I noticed great results with this stuff! I was taking 8 upon rising, and 8 before working out...great pumps and energy! (I am a "small" female...at my heaviest I am around 118)

Thanks a bunch guys!!
Before I read this post this morning, I gave it a trial run, and took 5 last night, then 5 this morning, then 6 pre w/o (cause I didn't know how much to take!) My workout was much better than yesterday, I was really weak yesterday, could only do like 5-6 pull ups. I didn't notice any niacin flush, maybe with taking more that will be more noticable. I weigh about 126 as of now.
