I just found out there is HFCS in the cookies and cream UMP. Not very happy about it since I just bought two more tubs. What a way to ruin a great product.

Ingredients: Protein blend (milk protein isolate, calcium caseinate, whey protein concentrate, egg white, L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-valine), high oleic sunflower oil, calcium caseinate, natural and artificial flavor, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soy fiber, magnesium citrate, medium chain triglycerides, potassium citrate, sugar, maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, salt, cellulose gum, soy lecithin, mono- and diglycerides, cocoa (processed with alkali), acesulfame K, sucralose, potassium phosphate, yellow corn flour, nonfat milk, dextrose, unsweetened chocolate, borage oil, high fructose corn syrup, sodium bicarbonate, gum arabic, tocopherols added to protect flavor. Contains milk, soybean, egg, wheat.

It's probably from the cookie that is added as you can see from the order of ingredients how it's almost the last one, must be almost minimal to none.

That is correct. The amount is so small that it doesn't even contribute to the macro content or the calories. We're talking about less than a gram. We would agree that HFCS should not be consumed in high amounts on a diet, just like you should avoid sugar (the two are essentially the same) in high quantities. Consuming a fractional amount like this of sugar or HFCS won’t negatively impact muscle gain or fat loss.

To have a Cookies and Crème flavor, you have to have a “cookie”. The content of the protein and the muscle building nutrients (that you’re taking the product for) are the same amongst the three flavors, but to produce a different taste there must be additional/different flavoring ingredients. If you want absolute zero of that nutrient, we recommend choosing Chocolate or Vanilla.
