I am currently following a lean gain plan and creatine monohydrate is one of the supplements Im using on the plan. My question is weather or not I should cycle it and if so how? I have read tons of differen opinions on this all over the internet but I have come to trust the people on this forum as all of you seem very knowledgable.

I would take it for awhile(1-3 months) and then take a full month off.

I've never found that cycling Creatine has been beneficial. As long as you are lifting hard and heavy and sticking to your schedule day in and day out, you will NEED creatine in your system! Regardless. It is not just for workout enhancement, but it is for RECOVERY and RECOUPERATION. Fill that muscle cell full of water, and keep it that way. Only good things can come of it. With that frame of mind, there is no reason to ever "get off" creatine.

i'll be beginning to take creatine and glutamine on sunday. i'm used to creatine in pill form. the glutamine is new to my supplement regimen. does the glutamine and creatine work synergistically or can i just stick to the creatine?
i'm a non-competetor but do enjoy a nice tight figure. it makes me happy!!!
i'm 5' 122 lbs. eat six meals a day, high lean protein, oatmeal, broccoli, UMP.
my question is how much of the creatine should i be taking and if i do decide to take glutamine how much and when? this supplementation can be very overwhelming and well.......nausiating at the same time.
any input would be appreciated.
