Ladies (or gentlemen if you have any input), I just ordered muscle synergy and was wondering how women have taken it and the results you've experience... thanks!
Congrats on getting one of the most effective supps on the market! It really depends on your weight as to how women should take it. That being said, I don't think you would be wasting any of it even if you did do the full 16 tabs a day. But if you are a smaller female, you could probably get away with only 12 tabs a day. Here are some ways you can do this:
1. 6 tabs first thing in the morning, 6 tabs before workout
2. 3 tabs first thing in the morning, 3 tabs before workout, 3 tabs after workout, 3 tabs before bed
3. 6 tabs first thing in the morning, 3 tabs before workout, 3 tabs after workout
...... anyways, the list goes on, but those are your best choices I feel.

I like the choices where its taken on an empty stomach before bed. Research shows two of the ingredients in MS can help increase GH output during the nighttime.
Ok TufGrl, you are TINY! You would do well on only 12 tabs a day and that may be pushing it too. But go with 12 tabs and split it up however seems best for you. In the end it doesn't really matter when you take it, just as long as within the span of a day you end up taking 12 tabs in total. Enjoy!! Tell us how it goes for you?

Thank you all so much for your input. I value everyone's responses. Today I took 4 MS pre-workout, 4 post-workout, and 4 with dinner. I will stick to that for now. I will keep you all posted on how my body responds!!
