Your stack looks pretty complete, more than I take.

Recovery in my opinion is really based on proper diet. So I have to say FOOD for recovery.

After my workouts I have 5-6oz TOP ROUND and 65 grams of carbs worth of white potato....once my body digests this I look full and vascular as ****....Ive found this to be the best for post workout recovery.....

I dont know that one supplement will do everything.

I like Glutamine too, I just use regular 1000gram glutamine, I also take creatine and I take Muscle Synergy, that is about it for my supplement stack oh and MP for convenience.

Good Luck

I agree with J. As long as you are getting enough quality calories, that is your best recovery aid! What is your current diet like?

As far as your arsenal of Bev stuff, that looks pretty good as it is. Again, I agree with J on the whole foods after workout. I found that to work out way better for me also. There is something so commercial and over-stressed about having the "POST-WORKOUT SHAKE"... In all reality it doesn't make a difference and the whole idea that a shake after a workout instead of solid foods is more myth than proven fact... although sometimes I do opt for 6 scoops Mass Maker every so often (mmmmmmm delicious)

I have been doing 1.5 cups Brown rice, 1/4 cup red beans, and 7 oz. of Ground Beef all mixed together (with some cajun seasoning) "post-workout" and it has kept me fuller longer, and I feel better doing it!

MORE FOOD MORE OFTEN!!! That is the best recovery aid.

Through my own research and personal experience BCAA's and Glutamine work great. I powderize 15-20 Muscle Mass with 2-3 sccops Glutamine Select and drink throughout my workout. I have never recovered better. BCAA's have been around since the stone ages but just recently have resurfaced back into the mainstream. They are a little expensive and need to be taken at a rather high dose to be effective. The body will actually feed off the BCAA's especially leucine during intense training. Give it a try...

Im pretty sure its been proven HMB, without the synergistic reactions from the added products in Muscle Synergy, does very little alone.

I dont know if you can even purchase the stuff by itself anymore.

Mecca, what makes you think HMB alone is a good recovery aid? Id like to know your reasoning behind that.
