You may have Muscle Synergy confused with stimulant fat burners. Muscle Synergy does not contain caffeine or other compounds to keep you awake at night.

You should take Muscle Synergy about 45 minutes prior to your workout on an empty stomach. The pump and strength gains that you should receive from this product is like no other product out there, it is truly in a class of its own. i know it is kind of expensive, but it works and is worth every penny. Try using it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rotating for a while. Hope this helps.

ER is simply L-Carnitine. Nothing extra.

The only product from Beverly that would give you "jitters" is the 7-Keto Musclean. This is a stimulant as it contains caffeine and green tea extracts. Great thermogenic and VERY VERY VERY effective.

On that note, I train almost exclusively after 6:00pm sometimes 7:00pm and I take the 7-Keto for an energy boost and have no problems getting to bed after! But understand that there is an adaptation period once you start with a stimulant based supp. The first week you will experience the "jitters" and may not get to bed as you would like (assuming that you haven't used stimulants in a while). After the initial period, you should not experience the same effects post-workout.

I agree with CB, 7-Keto gives a good boost, but if you're sensitive to stimulants and want to train at night, you might be in a fix. I always train at night (6pm - 9pm start time), and I know that a strong coffee with Pantera, Slipknot or Rage in my ear will give me a much bigger energy boost than any supplement. But, I can drink an espresso and go to sleep 10 minutes after finishing, but others can't drink coffee past 4pm. Do you listen to music while training? For me, heavy metal gives me the biggest up, I tailor my play list to my workout with a hip-hop song in between two heavy metals songs to give my brain a rest. Also, using the same songs every work out trains your brain what to do. I do 7 minutes of eliptical to get warmed up before every workout, and I have Money by Pink Floyd as my first song. I heard it on the radio the other day, and my body instantly wanted to hit the gym. Sounds crazy simple, but it works for me.
