During the time I was taking GH Factor (2 month period), I suddenly (without any change in diet or exercise) put on 5-6 lbs (not muscle). Is it possible this supplement have caused a hormonal imbalance? I can't understand what has happened.

If your diet was spot on from day one of taking these supps, it has to be that your calories you were taking were to high for your metabolism! What were your numbers for your protein carbs and fats?? were you using ultra 40's and mass aminos?? These can also add extra amounts of protein to your diet in addition to your foods! It was not the Gh factor, it has to be something with your diet and if it was spot on and everything was measured, the calories were probably too high!

Heidi,

How did you track the increase? Weekly, monthly, etc.? Was it possible for it to be water weight as in holding water? How well do you know your body's cycle?

For you to gain 5-6 pounds of fat, your diet would be WAY OFF, I mean, WAY, WAY OFF.

Thanks everyone for responses. Sounds like GH Factor was not the reason for the gain. I'm not sure what's up, but made an appt for thyroid testing as gaining this amount of weight, for me, is very unusual. I did begin taking mass amino's and ultra 40's along with the GH Factor, it is possible my calories were too high. I was also doing 4 servings of Muscle Provider per day (one with oatmeal in the AM, one shake (1 1/2 scoop for snack), another in the afternoon and another before bed. Is it possible, that was the cause? I'm 5' tall and wasn't taking in more than 1,500 calories per day.

for someone that's 5', and unless you have one speedy metabolic rate, i really think <1500 cals is a little to high and does that include the cals from the ultra 40's and mass aminos?? What is your weight around now? what kind of frame do you have?? Very muscular?? I think a reduction in cals(200 cals per day) would really help you to get you moving once again! I think really being able to track all of your meals in terms of total protein/carbs/fats for the really let's you see where you stand!

Heidi, can you track all of your numbers in terms of what I said?

I just recently added GH Factor to my regimine of ultra 40 and muscularity as well as everything else. I have noticed I look fuller but I am not dropping weight as I would like to and I seem bloated. I was wondering if any other ladies experienced this.
