Summer is just around the corner. Bikinis, swimming trucks and pool parties. To get prepared, what's your favorite fat loss stack?
My personal favorite basic stack is: UMP Vanilla: because I need convenience (I can’t get 5 or 6 meals in a day without it), because I just love the taste so much and it’s awesome for building muscle and losing fat. UMP actually just won a Platinum #1 award for being the best lean muscle building protein in the industry. Lean Out: awesome for losing fat, holding onto muscle and keeping blood sugar levels stable. This has been an absolute staple for me for as long as I’ve taken Beverly (about 7-8 years now). I never go on a fat loss diet without it. My two current favorites: GH Factor: this stuff is just awesome. I have stubborn fat on my legs and glutes and it seems like my fat really starts coming off after I’ve been on this for a few weeks. It helps with muscle retention, brain function and has anti aging properties too (not getting any younger, so I’ll take all the help that I can get to stay feeling and looking young). Density: my current “can’t live without” supplement. I take it in the morning, before training, before long cardio sessions, in between meals, if I go too long between meals, if I skip a meal and (yes, sometimes) when I eat a junky meal like pizza or Taco Bell. It’s my insurance that I don’t lose muscle and have all the aminos I need at all times. It’s amazing for endurance, strength, hardness, brain function and helps my hunger pains. What’s your favorite summer fat blasting or muscle building or BOTH – stack? Rachel Wade Beverly International |

This will be interesting. I haven't cut up just for summer and that's what I'm about to do for many reasons.
I like GH Factor/Lean Out AM and PM Muscle Synergy/ZMA I'm starting off with UMP Vanilla/1 TBS Heavy cream Frank "Lift and be happy. Lift harder and be excited...Get Excited, Get Big!!!" |

I usually go with Lean Out, Muscularity, GH Factor, and Synergy. This summer, in preparation for my fall shows, I will be using MuscLean 7-Keto for the first time. I've read great things about it, especially for the 45+ bodybuilder. It should be a very interesting addition to my arsenal. I'll be using it primarily for a preworkout supplement, and closer to the shows I'll be using it on my off days as well.

2 days YCA (5mg Y, 200 mg caff, 325 mg asp 3 x per day) for leg glutes fat then 2 days 6 pills of 7 keto each day. Rotated back and forth.
10 mg of van sulfate and 200 mcg Chromium Polynicotinate meals 1,2, 5 & 6. These are VERY cheap glucose disposal agents allowing you to eat more carbs with LESS insulin release while still shuttling more nutrients than possible into muscle cell, fuller, dryer look on more carbs...love these two. 5 muscle synergy in morning, 5 before workout and 5 at bed. 4 Gh in morning, 4 before workout, and 4 before bed. This is what I did for my last show and it worked like a charm with my higher carb diet training and cardio schedule. |

Wow Aram...I didn't know you had never tried Keto. You're going to love it. It's great for anyone trying to lose fat and increase metabolism, but since our metabolism sees a natural decline about every 5-10 years after 20-25 years old, 7-Keto becomes even more beneficial and effective as we get older. Please share your results.

Yes Rachel, it should be interesting. My metabolism is pretty carzy to begin with. I think, more so than a metabolic boost, I am hoping for increased hormonal support when the dieting gets tough. The most effective fat loss method I've used (and I've tried everything legal) is stacking GH Factor, Muscularity, Synergy AND Lean Out DURING training. I won't give any specifics regarding the dosing, but I do go over the top in cyclic fashion. Just as an idea, I'll routinely use 24-28 Muscularity within the training window, and another 5 between meals. With this protocol, I've always achieved a grainy, rock hard condition. I will share an honest assessment with the Musclean. Aram N. Hamparian NBI, USBF Pro Natural |

Yeah, after I wrote that I thought, "Well, he's not your average 45+ bodybuilder." Heck, most 25ers would die for your metabolism. But, you come by it honest. I'm sure it would be tough to find anyone who works harder or lives a cleaner lifestyle.
I agree with you on GH, Musc and Lean Out (I know Synegy fits in awesome there too, but I don't normally use it)...for me, add in a little ER and now the new Density and what a fat loss, hardening, healthy hormome boosting, muscle retention stack. And - that combo is so great for stubborn, trouble fat areas. Once I get to the point where I'm loading up on GH and ER I start to see a really major difference, especially in my glutes, hams and thighs. Can't wait to hear your feedback on keto! I gotta go with the basics baby...
If I had to pick just 1 supplement, it would be Ultra 40's. Liver extract is able to boost strength, endurance, performance, and resistance to stress and disease. I stopped taking them once in 2007 because I was in my "off season" and noticed a huge difference, never again. Next, I would say Glutamine Select plus BCAA. Hard training breaks down muscle tissue, you guys know, the harder you train, the more muscle you break down and the more your recovery system is compromised. We need to quickly replenish those muscle aminos most affected by hard training, namely glutamine and the branched chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Oh my goodness, those are in Glutamine Select what a surprise?! Of course for convenience, protein powder's. All of Beverly's powder's are fantastic and all for different reasons! Try this, take 1 scoops of MP chocolate and 1 scoops of UMP chocolate, 4 ice cubes, water, and blend! OH MY GOD IN HEAVEN, INSANE. I THOUGHT I WAS CHEATING ON MY DIET! I've also been adding a little bit of Chocolate MP to my UMP Vanilla Pudding (I don't have the words to describe!) I agree with Rachael, Density has become a must have daily! I take it just the same way she does, all day, everyday. Lastly, and not leastly (is that a word?) Lean Out for added fat loss. Love it, Love it, Love it! |

Awesome stacks everyone. It's amazing how many different combinations there are. And awesome that every single one of them work great!
I've just upped my Energy Reserve to tap into even more stored bodyfat and maintain as much lean mass as possible. I take 2 first thing in the am and 1 with each meal. I also take a couple before my running. If I've got that super starving feeling in my belly, I also take an additional 4 Density and 2-3 Energy Reserve. When I have this feeling I know that my body is searching hard for something to use as energy...and it's likely looking for muscle (not fat like I want it too). So, by taking the Density it protects my hard earned muscle and taking the Energy Reserve frees up my fat to be used as the energy source. Rachel Wade Beverly International |
