Can anyone tell me what is the best way to use Lean Out? Before meals, after meals, before cardio??? I have the Beverly workbook and it says one thing and then I read the boards and so many people use it other ways. I am about 13 weeks out from a competiton by BF is around 12.8%. Thanks all.

Ive done it two ways.

2 caps 15 mins prior to meals. Or 2-3 caps prior to cardio along with energy reserve in the final weeks.

Thanks Jason, I've been taking it with everything else after I eat. I'll switch it to 15 min before and see if it helps.

Before meals, after meals and with meals are all perfectly fine. Take it when you will remember to take it.

I personally prefer to take it with meals and before my workouts/cardio sessions with energy reserve.

Lean Out is an OLD SCHOOL product that has staying power because of its use of L-Carnitine. This product has a heafty dose of L-Carnitine which is extremely important in both Anarobic and Aerobic cycles for the transportation of free fatty-acids for use of energy... but anyways, to make this product even MORE effective, try throwing in some Caffiene or stack it with 7-Keto Musclean!! The caffeine alone will work in conjunction with the L-Carnitine and Co-factors to increase the speed of the Anarobic or Aerobic cycles = greater fatty acid transport = great net use of fatty acids = less body fat = 8 pack of abbs in a few months.... in accordance to a good diet and proper training.............

i am such a nerd

Nice going on the Fantastic fat burning stack that you didn't realize you were doing! It's like falling ass-backwards into a big pile of money, perferably not "one's". But, yeah stacking coffee with the Lean Out is a really great and way to turn a good product into a GREAT product (and cost effective too!).

I currently do early morning cardio sessions and take Lean Out afterwards (just prior to my first meal of the day). Would it be more beneficial to take Lean Out with coffee just prior to cardio?

That all depends on where you are in your progress and what your goals are. If your mission is to burn as many FAT calories as you can DURING your workout, Lean Out and Coffee would be a great idea. If you are 6 weeks on your way to competing, it woul be more beneficial to use it with meals to ensure that carbohydrate intake is being processed as it should (glycogen turnover).

I am currently NOT competing and am on a higher calorie plan so I like to stack 4 Lean Out and 3 7-Keto together 2X a day (morning Cardio + Night Lifting) to ensure that I don't get unmanagably FAT!!
