Hello all,

In the past 2 weeks, 2 separate clients of mine (web design, not personal training) have asked me about wobenzym. Does anyone know anything about this? A cursory search of this board returned nothing and a Google search just turned up marketers, no real information that's trustworthy.

Is it healthy? Is it effective? What does it really do? Is it a fad? Is it acceptable in the natural community (i.e. on the same level as creatine vs say, prohormones?)

I work at Vitamin World and we sell it. Not too often though, prob because most people have never heard of it. I had one customer that swears by it, but thats only one, lol. We keep it in our joint butrition section with the Glucosamin/chondroitin/msm and others. I would have to see the label to tell you more about it.
