All this dieting and heavy lifting has me feeling DRAINED. Should I continue to manipulate my diet by adding more carbohydrates, or is there a supplement that might help one keep their energy levels up?! Thanks for all your help, guys.. really appreciate it =]

have you tried the diet recommendations I sent you?

Are you still running 5-20 miles per week and doing low carb? If so, thats the problem, right there. Thats a huge energy expenditure and you cant do that on low carbs. No supplement will help that and you will burn lean muscle tissue.

post your current diet.....

Jason, I switched my diet over to the one you laid out for me.. but it's not even been a full week. So, maybe I just need to give it some time? All I know is that by 6:30pm, I'm ready to pass out for the night, a nice 3.5 hours earlier than usual! I am still running, not NEAR as much, though. I figured shorter/faster stints half as often would be a start. I'm down to about 9 miles/week in 3 3-mile spurts vs. the 5+ miles/day I used to run.

Thanks, Jason!!

even with all those carbs? Wow! metabolism is fast. Id give it a week and see if you adjust, if not Id up protein to 180 and up carbs by 50 grams total. This is the diet you are following correct?

Meal 1:
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
3/4 cup oats

Meal 2:

1 scoop of Muscle Provider or favorite protein powder
1 cup (cooked) brown rice
2 fish oil caps

Meal 3:

3.5 oz of turkey, chicken or fish
7 oz sweet potato
2 fish oil caps

Meal 4:
Same as Meal 2, except no fish oil caps

Train

Meal 5:
3.5 oz of lean meat, preferably 96% lean ground beef
8 oz white potato
1 cup greens of your choice

Meal 6:
1 scoop of protein
3/4 cup of oats

Another thing is you can add green veggies like green beans and broccoli anywhere you want in addition to all the meals, greens are FREE.
