That is typically taken 1 tablet per meal. Why are you concerned with that particular supplement?

this supplement is great, especially for gaining size. you need the excess calories to gain size, but sometimes digestive systems get tired of doing so much work. i doesnt matter who you are, eating over 4000 clean, muscle building calories a day is tough. with all that protein that's where the enzymes shine. ive taken up to 9 a day(counting the one in the super pak that makes 10!) i especially like them for the large whole food meal about 1.5 hours after I finish training.

I'm like you Joe, I've taken more than one per meal many times.

Multiple Enzymes are awesome when calories are really high to help digest protein and assure you are absorbing nutrients from your food. They are just as awesome when your calories are really restricted (like contest dieting) and you are taking in a lot of protein, but fairly low fat and very low carbs. Again, they help assure digestion of protein, absorbtion of nutrients (when every single nutrient is needed to maintain health) and they can help for those who have a tough time "going" during contest or high protein dieting.

Sorry, I know that's gross, but it's a major problem for many people and that was the nicest way I could think to say it. Smile I've had to take 2 per meal at times and this has helped greatly with all digestive issues.

I recommend starting with 1 per meal. If after a week or two you feel you could use more, go ahead.

Good luck!
