I am curious how would be the most effective way to take Keto 7. My main goal is to loose fat and gain muscle. I am no precontest, yet, but hopefully by the end of May I will be ready.
I either do cardio on an empty stomach about 8am then weights at 12:30 or weights at 12:30 with cardio immediately afterward, it just depends on my schedule for the day. I've read the previous posts about timing and most say about 6-8 hours apart AND before training. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Stephanie, 3 capsules 2x per day about 8 hrs apart is the best way. I would take it before your 8 am cardio then again between 2 and 4 pm. This would go the same for days you do not do that morning cardio session, upon waking and again about 8 hrs later. CR
I was wondering about the 7 Keto timing also. Right now I am just taking it once a day. I take the dosage at 5:30am before morning cardio. I eat lunch around 2pm, have a MP shake around 4:30 and do weight training around 6pm. When should I take my second dosage ?

I would take that second dose with your 2pm meal.
