hey all Smile I'm a Bev Int supplements newbie...or should i say "born again"? hehehe. I've been training for the past 3yrs on and off. I've tried loads of different proteins from other companies and nothing compares to the Ultra Size i've been using the past week. the taste is amazing.

anyway i've been doing a little research and i just wanted to know what you all think is a good "base" of BI supplements to have. I picked up some Ultra Size and Antioxidants. but i keep reading here about the BCAA's and Ultra 40.

i'm 180 lbs, 5'8, female and i have a good amt of muscle. i just need to wittle down the fat. being 155 again would be great. what would you all suggest? i'd do the BI client profile but it looks like it's just for competitors. thanks Smile

Youve came to the right site.

As for supps. Ultra Size is good to use for meal replacement. Id also add Ultra 40, Mass, 7-keto and Lean Out in that order if on a budget.

And the client profile is not only for competitors. If you really want to lose the fat get a profile emailed back to beverly, they will get you on a good eating plan. You can take all the pills in the world, and if your diet is off you wont lose fat.

Ultra 40's are number 1. If you can only get one thing, that would be it. Most Bev clients also take Mass Aminos (although I have never tried them personally). Muscle provider may be a better protein for you since you are trying to lean out. It is very low fat and low carb. If you are not competing, I would say that you really don't need Antioxidants or BCAA's. You definately SHOULD take some sort of multivitamin. Bev sells a Superpak that is very good, but to be honests, if you aren't competing, a good multivitamin from your local drugstore will probablly suffice.

Finally, it is my impression that Bev will help anyone, as long as you use their supplements. Yes, most of their clients compete, but it is not necessary. I would contact them by email at bevnut@aol.com to see what they think.

Yep, I agree with Jason and DCandy. Jason summed up the best supplements to take and if you're on a budget, Mass and Ultra 40 are a must. Definately get a Bev Diet...that alone does wonders! Best of luck to ya!
