What do you guys recommend for the daily dosage of Density and Quadracarn now that I have to workout at 6am ? I get up at 5am, do half hour of cardio then hit the weights. How should I take them before, after and throughout the day ? I have taken Density in the past, taking 5 pre workout and 5 post workout. I am 37 years young, 5'8 and 172 lbs.

I would not recommend weight training immediately after doing 30 minutes of cardio. With Density, I usually like to center the dosage around the training bout - 5 pre, 5 during, 5 post. This has proven the best results with myself and clients. Quadracarn, I feel you can take any time. Including with food.

I know many people do not recommend cardio before weight training early in the AM, but for me a half hour of light cardio ie walking on treadmill, gets my back/legs loose and gets the blood flowing before I hit the weights. It works very well for me. I will continue the 5 pre and 5 post for Density. Thanks.

Yes, a warmup is totally acceptable. Not a full fledged cardio routine, however...
