If you're like me, you take most of your supps with you on vacation. BUT, if you didn't have room to take everything or decided to scale back while on vacation, what would be the 3 supplements you wouldn't leave home without?

Mine would be:

1. Super Pak - Gotta keep your vitamins and minerals flowing ALWAYS! This lays the ground work for all metabolic/physiological processes in your body - essential always!

2. Protein (UMP Vanilla for me) - I love to eat and on vacation I enjoy myself quite a bit, but I also eat less meals a day. A protein shake is great to be sure I keep my meal frequency up, still get plenty of protein and it’s easy to take on the go when I’m running around or kayaking or snorkeling or whatever.

3. LEAN OUT - I said I love to eat, right? And enjoy myself, right? Well, I NEVER go on vacation without my Lean Out. I take about 3 per meal (or more) on vacation to help keep my insulin levels in check and help avoid extra fat gain from my indulging.

1. ULtra 40 & MASS (counts as one!) Don't leave home without it.

2. UMP! Must have it! What if there is not enough protein where I am going???

3. Lean Out..... what Rachel said.

Yeah Chunky, it was hard for me to limit. You are right, Mass & Ultra 40 are like one - good point...you can get by with that for sure.

protein powder and creatine.

I always come back weighing less and leaner from vaction. Why? We choose the beach almost exclusively. Ill just eat a good breakfast, pack two to three shakes and then Im running all day in the sun. Eat whatever dinner I want out, but invariably its less calories than I normally would and Im not sitting at a **** desk all day long, like I am today on the most beautiful day of the year...SIGH!!!!

Just got back from a short, 4 day trip to the Keys. We only took a carry on, so space was tough. We shipped a UMP Vanilla and took Lean Out, Supers and Density with us.

Took our Super Pak every day. Only had 1 UMP shake the whole time...enjoyed so much food – hey, it’s vacation! We took a bottle of Lean Out and a bottle of Density in 4 days. About 15 LO a day each and 15-20 Density…tried to combat fat gain as much as possibleSmile.
