I will be competing in Lubbock, Tx this weekend, March 31st, at the NPC West Texas. I have followed the Beverly plan and feel I am at my best ever. I will be competing in the Open Middleweight and Masters 40-49. Last year I was 1st Open Lightweight and 1st Masters. I hope to repeat and shoot for the Overall. Thanks to everyone who answered my questions and commented on my posts.

Things went great in Lubbock. I placed 1st Open Middleweight and 1st Masters 40-49. Thanks again to all who had helped.
