Has anyone done this show. I don't want to do a show unless I know how it is ran. Plus this is only my second show I would be junior but I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about the show.

I assume you are referring to the NPC Natural Northern...it is a great show--a lot of good competitors, and very well run. Prizes and freebies are quality as well. I would definatley recommend it.

I did it 2 years ago - Lieberman puts on a nice show. I just choose not to do NPC anymore.

I've done it 3 times-it is a huge show and run very well. Only one year "natural" required so it's very competitive.

is 7-keto on the banned list for this show???

well I landed on the scale at 168 something at the early check in and decided to stay as a middleweight. I ended up placing 3rd in the open. what a very intense show that was. ive never seen bantam light and welterweights look like that in my life. well, next stop big dust classic on the 14th.
