My girlfriend and I are getting ready to do a National Physique Association show in Colonial Heights, VA (near Richmond) does anyone have any experience with this federation?

I have attended but not competed in NPA shows. Almost any federation can offer good and bad shows. What is usually more telling is the track record of the promoter and what the venue is like.
