Vinny, have you ever been to a ONBF show? I would definately be interested in attending one to note the differences between the ONBF and the NPC. I feel most of the NPC shows that I have attended and competed in tend to judge more solely on size and the "freak" factor and not on the overall package of symmetry, posing, tanning, presentation, conditioning and muscularity. I haven't ever been to a show or thought of competing outside of the NPC, but it's worth a thought. Thanks for the website, I'll check it out.

There is also a natural contest in Florence, KY on the 12th of April. It is put on by the INBA

I have done an ONBF show. I did one last fall, it was a nice show to do. It was real laid back, back stage, my family was able to come back and my kids were able to see what happens back stage. It was really nice to have a friend put my oil on instead of some dude that I don't even know! Real laid back, crowd wasn't very big, but still a nice show overall. Owe and the auditorium is top notch, very nice awards too.
