The clock keeps ticking and I'm down to less than 6 weeks out now. Weight loss is steady at about 1 lb/wk. The pics are still washing out even though it was not especiallly bright today. Still have not figured that out yet. I use a tri-pod and the timer feature so I run back and forth trying to stand in the right spot and hit the pose correctly, don't always make it - lol
Changes in diet this week included changing shakes from US to a mix of US and MP and substituting tuna for lean beef in meal one. I have also increased my daily water intake which actually makes you look dryer for the most part - opposite of what you might think would happen. I think that I can see some additional detail here and there especially in gym lighting but no dramatic changes from last week. For me I normally see the biggest changes in appearance and conditioning from weeks 4 to 2. Here is the link to the 6 week out pics: http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/mdm24551/album?.dir=/6afa&.src=ph So have at it and let me know if I'm slacking off or still on track. No cardio yet - trying to get lean enough through diet if I can. VA MadDog |

VA,
Looking good, i especially like the abs thigh. Im wondering though how you would look in the front double bi without crunching down. It is my understanding that pose is to be done with the chest cavity full of air and the abs expanded not crunched. It would make you look bigger up top and narrower waisted. Do you understand what i mean? Try it? |

Great job . I can actually tell that the lighting is bad and in the right light you could just about step on stage now.

VA,
You look like you're right on track with the dieting. Keep going and by show time you'll be looking fantastic. Good Luck, Kevin Burger |
