Our team is different. Why?

• You realize that all duties and responsibilities are important.
• You are united with the same spirit as your TEAM.

You make a difference because you are different. That is why you are a huge player on this Team.

There is no need to go into what differentiates our Northern from other shows. I feel you already know that. We really depend on each and every Team member to be able to successfully pull this kind of a one day show off. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking time out of your life to give back to the BB world. Believe me, we as a TEAM can accomplish any task.

There are 5 solid areas in the show:

Judging, Expediting (enforcing rules + directions, flow) Ticket sales, Operational (booths, check-in, set up, functional details, sound, emcee, lighting, trophies, photography, etc…) Public Relations and Marketing.

If you’re unfamiliar about what others do in their job assignments, you may want to ask.

At any given time, huge issues are going on and stress is high or details are being worked out. I divided the back, center and front of the auditorium and dissected the process. It is a well oiled machine. No section can run without the other. We are all interlocking pieces. Everything Counts! Think about it…so maybe today you should tell one or two of your teammates that you appreciate them. That will make them feel great and will do wonders for you as well. You are a part of a great team.

In final, I am proud to be associated with each and every one of you. I consider you part of my external family. I care about your success, growth and happiness. If you grew a little bit from this experience it is all worth it. I know I did.
