Wish that I could make the trip Sully - best of luck with your show! I'm certain that all competitors will be treated very well. You can send all excess BI samples to me if you run out of room for storage - lol  Hope that it all goes well.

Sean, I do not know if you heard from Niel, but I decided that I could not work out the detail for your show and am very sorry and personally..sad that I feel like I had to make this decision. I would have loved to compete at your show and gain more experience. I know I will compete again so I can rest a little easier. keep me posted in regards to more shows and keep in touch in general please. I am now following a beverly gain program and will report the progress. Thanks for everything Sully.

Thanks all the show the show a great success with 67 in the show and 450 in the audiance. Dave Lovelace won the men's and An Labb the womens. You can see the results on www.SOAbodybuilding.com and congrats to our Sue Wells for caomming all the way out from Nebraska to do my show. Sue you looked great, better then I ever thought! Sully
