Just a belated update on this show. Jason came in third in a very competitive class where any of the first 5 guys could've won the overall. These guys, Jason included, all presented pro caliber physiques. My understanding is that Jason displayed the best conditioning in the entire show with the most marked improvements.

He is a tribute to hard work, perseverance, and natural bodybuilding. And goes about his business in a humble, modest, and respectful fashion.

The best is yet to come form this young man Wink

Jason,

I just realized who you were form the f&p board. You definitely are an ectoFREAK!!! Smile I have a few friends with your build that always complain that they can't gain weight. I'm going to direct them to your pics, for sure. Great Job!

Haha, thanks Bill!

Are you on the F&P boards as well?

Yes, feel free to direct them to my pics as an example of Aram's infinite knowledge!

here's a pic of my transition from my first competition back on Oct 29th of last year and a pic from this years first competition on Apr 22.

Thanks for the photos and inspiration - what would you say contibuted to transformation ?
what were you stats. for the show ? I am hoping to compete in my first show in Sept(ONBF) - I'm about
your size, but twice your age. Any advise is greatly appreciated and keep up the good work.

I managed to get sub 3% by caliper reading for that show, I'm 5' 9 or 10ish and weighed in at around 150lbs on the friday morning before the show.

i'm still a rookie at this, so the first thing i could say for advice... learn all you can! read old posts, ask questions, find out all the information you can from whoever's willing to talk to you.

as far as my personal changes... i think just eating right and hitting the gym hard are what did it for me, in that order. Diet is the key to mass building... especially for ectos. Beyond that, i think being new to sport, you'll see alot of gains and changes over the first few years. I'm taking as much advantage of that time as i can. Basically keep your diet sharp and train your butt off and you really cant go wrong.

hope that helps!
