Hey Val!

I got the e-mail just haven't had time since we got home yesterday evening. Today I have been the energizer bunny -- catching up on all things I put off until after the show. We have a very busy week.

Anyways, the show was a lot of fun! We both placed 2nd in our classes.

We need to play with the morning carbs and pump because once again neither Tom nor I could get a pump. We tried GOO this time. It's back to the drawing board.

And of course we got to meet up with Tom House -- and he looks chiseled as usual

We picked up a Natural BB Magazine and it has your picture in it. WOOHOO -- you look good.

Actually Vanessa I thought (by the time of the night show since I didn't make the pre-judging) that it was just a matter of what you liked in a physique when it came down to you and Ms. Burt. Since I don't know you well enough to be bias I can honestly say I had given it to you. In Tom's case Rick ( who works out at my girlfriends gym) was just leaner. I was still cheering for both of you. You did a great job. I'm insprired.

I looked better and fuller in the evening than I did in the morning. I continued eating a scoop of Goo every hour between morning and evening rounds.

Ms. Burt's legs were much tighter than mine which like most women, is the hardest part for me. BUT they were better than the last time -- so I IMPROVED! (and she had more upper body thickness).

Tom did not get as lean as he did for our first show -- and it is quite noticeable when we compare pictures. Although this show he placed a lot higher. He tried a couple different things and found they didn't work.

We will be rooting for you as well -- isn't this FUN!!!

CONGRATS to you both!! Wow.. great showing. Send pics if you have any.. when you get time. We can also discuss some things that may help next time with the pump and how to stay/look fuller. That was my problem too on my first shows. Awesome placement .. TTYL.. V
