Is anyone planning on doing the Mt.Rodgers on the 20th in Roanoke Va?

John - I hope to make it to the pre-judging as a spectator. Three people from my gym will be competing in the show.

VA, I'll be the one with a few tattoos on my right arm. I'll also be in the open light heavies and the masters 35yr olds. My first contest in Buffalo went well better than I expected I won the heavy weight class and then went on to win the novice overall. I had a great time and can't wait to compete again next weekend. The after show meals were great I really ate like a pig, but only for 24hrs. Anyway please come say hi to me and my wife, we took our kids to Buffalo last month for the Olympus, but this show they are staying home. My wife and I need some time together, she has been really patient these last 10 months. Seee ya next weekend. john
