Not that I am aware of. There are booths to check out companies etc too. It's a really nice venue. Then event is run extremely well. It was my first show to go and watch. Since then I have seen other shows and they just don't compare.
This seems like sucking up but honestly there is a reputation for great shows when Beverly runs them.
I am trying to convince myself to do the March Kentucky contest as it will be my first...but I wanted to go to other contests to see what to expect; I don't want to have a panic attack not ever experiencing what a figure competition is like...I just got the fever and I am 42! Thanks if you can refer me to watching online videos etc....I know how to eat right and supplement and workout...just not compete?? But I do not want to fear the stage... Connie Allen, CNC

just go to youtube.com and type in figure competitions, you'll get a ton of hits.
Here is one, but be advised this girl is a natural figure professional and does not represent the usual competition at a local show, though there will be some at the NKY that looks comparable to her.
