I took fourth in the Novice Light Heavy Weight. I took fourth in the Novice Middle in the Ky(oct 06) too. I really need to put some mass on the legs. Maybe then I can move up in the placings.

Thanks to both of you. Im eyeballing the Ky Extravaganza in November. Anyone doing that one? Looked good again Joe. You had a tough class. I wanted to do middle weight open again but couldnt drop enough. I think I dropped too much as it was.

It was my first show and a fantastic experience!!! I took 1st in the lightweight novice. It was a blast!!!

I also had a blast at the Northern! I finished 5th in the welterweight class. After looking at a picture of the bottom 7 in the class today, I was amazed at the sheer size and proportions of some of the guys I finished ahead of...tough class. I had fun battling it out with Joe up there next to me too, haha!

NPC Natural Ohio is next this weekend, then time to grow!!

Congrats to all. Loren, you looked amazing and a 2nd in your first show...WOW! Jeff, that's the name of the game - continual improvement and self fulfillment. 4th is certainly nothing to sneeze at either at a show like this!!! Rich, good luck this weekend, I know several people who did this show are heading North, so you should see some familiar faces. Joe, great job man. Good to see you again.

This show keeps getting bigger and bigger. I am continually amazed at the competition that comes into this show.
