Congratulations to Tracedogg, a new member here, who took his class in the mens open and went on to win the overall.

Lee (massmaster) was also outstanding. He took second in the mens 35-44 masters tall class and first in the mens open tall class which were the two most competitive classes in the show.

I took first in the Mens Masters 45-54 and came in second behind Tracedogg in the mens open middle class.

I may try to post a picture or two tonight when I get back home.

I have never figured out how to post pics here so here is a link to just a few. If I get better ones I'll post a few more down the road.

I plan to get better pics from my next show in two weeks. The OCB show in Pittsburgh on Oct 1st.

Thanks for the kind words. I owe a lot to my good friend Aram who has been a fantastic behind the scenes coach and mentor to me once again this year. He keeps me on track and sane (most of the time).

Well, I just wanna put it out there that I deserve no credit for VA's success. Anyone who can tackle the workload he does, along with the extensive traveling involved in his line of work, and still walk out on stage deserves tons of admiration. Plus the fact that he looked so fantastic for the show doubles my respect for him. The toughest part for me was being woken up during all hours of the night by VA on my cell phone, pleading with me to allow him just one more 1/2 cup of oatmeal or a tbls. of some natty PB Roll Eyes

Yes, from what I've read on the boards you do juggle a lot and still make time to help people.

I also saw the *** - you look fantastic.

I posted a few more pics here. I'm hoping for better quality pics from my second show on Oct 1st. Some of these are from the open class and others from the Masters 45-54.
