2004 NASF Military All Natural Bodybuilding Championships to held on Oct09,04 at Little Creek Naval Air Base in Virginia Beach. This show is open to all active duty military, reservist,retirees and family members 18 and older. This show is also free to all spectators (come early because this show fills up fast with only standing room left). For more information on this show please contact Jackie Stiffler @ 757-396-2756/57. All pre-registered contestants will also be invited to a posing seminar by "Physique Artist Extraordinaire" Russ Testo the night before the show. The show is a live judged show and begins at 4pm.
The last show of the year is the
2004 "American Challenge" National Bodybuilding Championship on Nov.06,04. This show is being held at the Virginia Beach Pavilion Theater at the Convention Center. Bob Crist and his crew run a good show. Everyone was helpful, courteous and professional at the Old Dominion Open which made the whole experience more fun and enjoyable.
