1st place Open mens bantam (just got into this class with careful and smart final week prep)!! did it..

3rd place Novice light weight class.
not bad for competing against people in the NPC 10-15 lbs heavier than myself.

* conditioning was right on the $$$$$.
I combined a few theories of contest prep for my body and hit it right on. Fat loading was god to me :O) ( just can not look at nut butters the same way I used too for a little while)
