Tam,
Not aware of any show in Albany. There is one in Tarrytown, the NBI/NYS Open, which I'll be competing in. Where did you gather the info about a supposed show in Albany?

Aram
P.S. The NBI/USA will be my 49th show. I must be addicted to the dietary torture aspect of this hobby.
Confused

Aram, Good luck down at the Music Hall . Did you ever decide on the INBF NYS show in Pough. I'm still planning on coming up from N.C. to see the old stomping grounds. I was planning on going back up the last two years but something allways got in the way.I competed for the first time since my back surgery on the 24th of april. I'm going to try the NPC state masters in Aug. then up to N.Y. If you run into Felix C. tell him I said Hi. Best of luck God bless.

My hubby and I were at his dept of correction olympics on friday in albany. He did the bench press and several power lifters from the area that we know mentioned it. some local gym is sponsoring so i dont think its sanctioned. just thought you might have heard about it at your local gym.

Bob,

Thanks for the well wishes and congratulations on the comeback. As competitors, we are constantly being challenged by the everyday nuances of life but what sets us apart is our drive, passion, and desire. Excuses are never an option. You are a prime example of this. I plan on competing in Pough, part of my "tri-fecta" for October. Good luck in your shows.

Tam,

From what I understand, the Golds Gyms in the area usually hold these impromptu comps every now and then. Hope you had a pleasant stay in the Capital District. Smile
