How long has it been since you dawned a pair of trunks on stage?

It's been nearly 4 years.

This one is going to be real tough. I have to keep focused.

My daughter is heading to Iraq in March. There's nothing like a "worry feeding frenzy".

Congrats Frank and Good Luck to your daughter. I have a Cousin going back the first week of April as well. He is a Captain. Been in force for 21 years now.

Best of luck in your prep Frank. I think you'll really be impressed with the OCB.

Your daughter will be in my thoughts, come March. I hope she stays safe.

Well, it appears I am going to join the Big "C" wagon.

Wish I could man, wish I could. I can still barely press or flye a pair of 15s without gettning painful knotting and contractions in my pelvic floor musculature. Its gotten better to where Im not in constant pain during the day.

But, Ive been advised I have about a year to two before Ill be able to engage in intense activities of any kind.

Its sucks BIG TIME, at least I have the golf season.
