Good luck, Ron. I am also competing in the Show-Me-Naturals. I'll be in the light-heavyweight class. This is my first show in six years and I'm really looking forward to it. Only 11 more days until I can sit down and have a beer and some pizza.

Just two more days! I can not wait. I'm really happy with my condition. I just have to try to hold it until Saturday. Ron, hope your contest prep is going well. Another 48 hours and you'll be ordering those world famous concretes. James Dalton

I just wanted to let everyone know that the Show-Me-Naturals went great. Everyone was so nice and helpful.I won the light-heavyweight class! This is the first time I won a class since I was a teenager. I was so shocked and surprized that I accidently stepped into the wrong spot and took the second place trophy. Stupid. But, the judges switched it backstage. Our weight clas was decided by only one vote. Well, now I'm ready to eat and relax for a few days.

Just wanted to say congratulations to you. I had a lot of fun doing the show with you and I am really proud of you. You definitely deserved to win. I felt so bad though that you didn't get to have your glory on stage at the trophy presentation. But seeing you on stage during the posedown for overall, I totally agree with the judges, you won the class, you were the better athlete that day. Hopefully we'll get to do it again. WG TT

WorldsHerc, Hey, I thought I was WorldsHerc and you were WorldsHerc Junior? Anyway, thanks for the the kind words I definitely appreciate them. Really it was a thrill to win, but what I probably will remember most was just how much fun it was. We really had a kick-ass time. Normally, at a contest everyone is so tense and competitive that guys barely talk.
Maybe it could have ended on a better note, but that will be something we'll laugh about next year. Watching the tape afterward, you can see me clearly step in the wrong spot which confused the presentors. My bad. I felt bad that this caused confusion and they had to switch it backstage, but no hard feelings.
In my opinion, it was a toss up between us. I mean we were seperated by one vote. If we get a different set of nine judges, maybe the places flip flop. As long as you and I were one and two, I was happy. All it means is that I have bragging rights until next year.
Seriously, I'm very proud of you and all the hard work you put in. No one really knows how tough it is. Your Quads and triceps were some of the best in the show, and I think it would be tough to argue that you didn't deserve first place just as much as me. Honestly, I will let you in on a little inside information. I talked to one of the female judges after the show. She said that you and I were tied after the prejudging, but that they decided to go with me because I had a nicer butt. Work those glutes harder next year!
