Dwayne,The North American went well I won the bantanweight class but I was the only one in the class. It was alot of fun and I used the show as a warmup and tightener for the Tri-States this weekend in Erie-Pa.
Good job Rachel and Scotty! Anytime you set a competition as your goal and follow through you have won!
Good luck to Scotty in his next contest and also to Rachel for whatever you have planned for your next achievement.
We will have a lot of board members competing here in the next few weeks. That's great - glad to see so many folks challenging themselves and meeting those challanges!

Hi all. Just wanted to touch base and congratulate all those who competed at the North American this weekend – and thank all of our supporters. It was a tough, national level show and a good experience. Everyone looked great and worked hard…way to go!
Personally, I placed at the bottom of Class D (tallest) Figure class. I was a little disappointed at first, but I reached my personal goals and was the very best I have ever been. That is really all you can hope for and strive for; reaching your best. That is what this sport is about – goal setting, discipline, hard work and progression.
Everyone there was a winner. Again, congratulations and thank you for the support and encouragement.
Rachel and Scott - Thanks for your support and for being involved in the IFBB NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS! The event was bigger than we ever expected for a first time contest with 172 entries! It will continue to run on the same weekend every year in the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. Next year it turns into a two-day event as we add the NPC CLEVELAND CHAMPIONSHIPS to the IFBB North American Championships weekend.
