Great job guys! We seem to have a streak of board members doing very well in contests recently. Of course in my book anyone who competes and does thier best is a winner, but it is nice to see people being rewarded for all of their hard work with a few first place trophies. It is the personal accomplishment that matters the most, but a little public recognition is also nice to see. Congrats again Dwayne and Chico!

I am not where I need to be, but this show proved a good opportunity to test a few things in my final week plan. I weighed in 10 pounds heavier, but not quite as tight as I need to be. I will adjust a few things. Based on what I learned from this show, I think I have a pretty good plan for 10/2 and hope to come in much better.
Hey Dwayne - love the cute little black booties! You look very good my friend.
For anyone who does not know Dwaynes story - the man lost A LOT of weight last year in order to get into contest condition. It is obvious that he has now figured out how to stay within striking range during the off season and once again has whipped himself into great condition.
I do not think that the lighting in your pics does you any justice, but even with the poor lighting you looked very good. Coming in a little leaner and tighter for your next two shows is the right idea. Do that and you will be competitive. Keep up the great work!

I will try to post some photos when I can (they are being sent via snail mail). I think I will try a pro qualifier in the INBF in Madison, Wisconsin next month...any one else doing that show?
Dwayne, What an Awsome transformation!!!!!! You are definately a great role model for all, showing that all things are possible if you put your mind to it and believe in yourself! Good luck in your upcoming show. You're going to be great!
