We will have the right but not the obligation, to monitor the content of our Forums and may retain the services of our staff to perform these functions. Beverly International maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on the Forums which Beverly International believes in its sole discretion is in violation of either any agreement or these Rules.
Beverly International reserves the right to remove posts which it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unacceptable, without notice.
