if on a keto or low carb diet are saturated fats bad for you,i been using heavy whipping cream in my shakes and since adding the saturated fats to my already intake of fish oil,macadamin nut oil,olive oil and eggs i can really feel a difference in my ******

Especially with Keto dieting...saturated fats are very important to maintain optimum hormone levels. Including the essential fats (Omega 3,6,9) and also (as I generally recommend Keto dieters) at least one red meat meal per day, you will better maintain a healthy hormone profile.
