I am currently on a fat loss lean gain diet set up by stephen wade and i am finding that i get my last meal at like 7:30 or 7:45 and then nothing and i usually stay up until 12 or 1 each night and was wondering what i could add to my diet to give me another meal or something before i go to bed so that i am not as catabolic as i go to sleep. here is my diet. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Meal #1
4 egg whites+ 1 whole egg
4oz. chicken breast
1/2c oatmeal
2Tbsp peanut butter

meal #2
6oz. chicken w/ apple or grapefruit
-or-
2 scoops MP w/2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream, or 2 Scoops US w/12-16oz. water

Meal #3
8oz. lean turkey or chicken or whitefish
2/3c cooked rice or 6oz. sweet potato
1 1/2c vegetables or salad with 2Tbsp low cal dressing

Meal #4
same as meal #2

Meal #5
8oz. Lean beef
2c Non-starchy vegetables

**I have been making pancakes with MP for meal #2 and add 2 egg whites. also I drink 2 gallons of water per day.**

That does seem like a long time to go. How are your bodyweight and strength? At the vary least I would say a serving of glutamine select and some mass amino's with ultra 40.

I would say if you are going to add an extra meal, make it mostly protein. Maybe a salad with 1 tbs of newmans dressing and a 5 oz chicken.

I know where you are coming from. If you are worried about to many calories I would scale back a couple of the other meals, say get rid of the PB with meal 1.

Of course suggesting that, I might give Frank a heart attack!

Maybe just add a scoop of muscle provider in at night.

Why not just cut one of your meals in half and eat it twice? For instance at 7:30 eat 4-5oz. of beef and 1 cup of veggies then at 11:30 or 12 eat another 4-5oz. of beef and more veggies.
