Hi! I am a new member, but not new to the fitness/bodybuilding world. I am trying to gain some quality lean muscle. I would like to compete in figure. Here is the meal plan I have created for myself. Any help would be great. I am a female, 5'4" and right now about 100lbs. I am looking to gain to about 110-115lbs.

Meal One:
1/2 cup oat bran
1/3 cup blueberries or 1/2 cup strawberries
1 omega egg
2 egg whites
1/2 scoop UMP or Ultra Size

Meal Two:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup raspberries
1/2 ounce almonds or pistachios
3 ounce turkey or chicken
1/2 scoop Muscle Provider

Meal Three:
1/2 cup oat bran
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 ounce almonds or walnuts
3 1/2 ounce fish (orange roughy, cod, sole)
1/2 scoop Ultra size

Meal Four:
1/4 cup Walden's Farms low carb pancake mix
1/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop Muscle Milk or 1 scoop Ultra Size
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter

Thanks, any advice greatly appreciated!!

Hey Kristen! It looks like at first glance your not taking in enough calories. What are macronutritent totals?

hi! thanks for the question. At last glance I think the breakdown was 120 gram carbs, 140 grams protein, and 43 gram fat. I am using Mass Aminos for additional protein, Ultra 40, 4 EFA for additional fat, superpack, and quadracarn.

Totals look pretty good. I'm not sure of your activity level so make sure you are taking in enough calories. I would suggest to split the 4 meals to 5-6, eating about every 3 hours. Take a look at this link http://beverlynutrition.com/ev...46095412/m/255104804 for the nutrition programs. I would incorporate more fish and chicken and drop the yogurt and pancake mix.

Thanks for the link. I will check it out. FYI, I am active, so probably upping my calories is "food for thought"!
