How often should I re-submit a client profile for my pre comp diet? I've been on the current one for 3 weeks and I've stalled on the scales. Should I be looking to adjust the diet or the cardio first?
it really depends on the person. How much cardio are you at right now? For my shows, I kept it at 3x16 min HITT until about 3 weeks out. I just kept adjusting my foods.
