I seem to recall from years ago when I was training pretty hard that there was a decent formula out there to determine how many calories one needs to burn fat and gain muscle. I've been playing around on Fitday where I track my calories and I'm thinking I may not be consuming enough, in addition to the fact that maybe I need to change my macros to include more fat and fewer carbs. I am new to this site and I am still searching around reading but if there's an article that answers my questions, please point me in that direction. Any words of wisdom? Thanks!! | ||
