Does anyone else heat up their ultra size for hot chocolate, it's great. I was wondering though does this effect the proteins in it?

I recieved a info. letter from SandyR stating that cooking Beverly products will not denature the protein content.

I have found that it works best to heat up the water and then add the US. If you add the US first and then zap it it can end up as a lumpy and pretty funky drink. Starting with hot water makes mixing a breeze. I like to make a warm US pudding out of it on cold days. Sometimes I just don't feel like a cold drink out of the blender. An added plus is the only thing to clean up is the mug, no blender or mixing container to clean afterwards!
