What I would do in an ideal world. Take some Beverly Glutamine Select with BCAAs prior to training. Take at least 10 mass aminos during training. (this is because you are training on an empty stomach and will help preserve lean tissue and use fat for energy) Afterwards have a shake. If you are trying to cut have Muscle Provider only, 2-3 scoops depending on size. If trying to put on weight have 2 scoops MP with 2-3 scoops of Mass Maker depending on size. Id have this at the gym after my shower. Then when I got to work and got settled (about an hour later) Id have 6 preboilded eggs + 1/2 cup of cottage cheese + 1/2 to 3/4 cup of oats, then eat normal the rest of the day. Problem solved.
