If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. I don't know how to work good nutrition into my schedule. I have recieved and reviewed the advised diet for muscle growth and fat loss but I have a problem. I wake up at 5 am and go right to the gym. From the gym, I get in the car and go right to work. Obviously I can't eat the advised breakfast before I go to the gym, and I know its advisable to have a good shake after a workout, so I'm not sure what to do. Do I have something small before I go to the gym, or go on an empty stomach. Do I forego the shake and bring breakfast with me. I really want to get serious about training, but I'm not sure how to work things with my schedule. If some one would help me and map out exactly what I should do (assuming an early morning workout) I would greatly appreciaite it. Thank you so much for reading this.

What I would do in an ideal world.

Take some Beverly Glutamine Select with BCAAs prior to training. Take at least 10 mass aminos during training. (this is because you are training on an empty stomach and will help preserve lean tissue and use fat for energy)

Afterwards have a shake. If you are trying to cut have Muscle Provider only, 2-3 scoops depending on size. If trying to put on weight have 2 scoops MP with 2-3 scoops of Mass Maker depending on size. Id have this at the gym after my shower.

Then when I got to work and got settled (about an hour later) Id have 6 preboilded eggs + 1/2 cup of cottage cheese + 1/2 to 3/4 cup of oats, then eat normal the rest of the day.

Problem solved. Remember this is not an exact science, do something, and see what happens.
