PWO "Drinks" are nothing but a marketing ploy to sell MORE product. Whey protien isolate is a terrible Idea post-workout or anyother time for that matter. Gastric emptying is WAY to fast that you cannot hope to yeild any of those precious aminos that the protien is so chalk full of!

GO with the lean beef and white, or, sweet potato. Jtheo would push for the white potato for sure, but I tend to personally lean towards sweet potato judging by how my body responds to it and how it fills out my muscle bellies. But either way, you would be far better off going with the Beef and Potato after a workout... besides, wouldn't you rather EAT your food after a workout??? Way more satisfying.
