My name is R.J. and I'm looking for the beverly Fat loss diet plan.
Just to give you guys an Idea of where I'm at and what I'm trying to accomplish:
I'm about 6'2, 270lbs and easily 30% - 35% bodyfat. I make no excuses and I'm not embarrassed by it. I have never been the big before in my life. About 2 years ago I was 195lbs and wearing size 36 pants. In any case, I know my way around a gym. I used to play football, so I am familiar with the weight room. I'm not a beginner, but I'm no expert either, obviously.
I've been following the beverly site for some time now and have found the transformations and the bodybuilding lifestyle inspiring. I went shopping and purchased chicken, lean beef, canned chicken breast, eggs, grapefruit, frozen veggies, and a bunch of other clean foods. I also bought the Beverly 100% Egg protein (I have an allergy to whey), Ultra 40, Lean Out, Mass Aminos, Super Pak, and Glutamine. So, supplementation wise, I'm set. Now I just need to make sure I'm following the right diet.
So, if anyone out there can direct me to the right version of the beverly fat loss diet, I'd appreciate it.
