Hey guys, I am new to beverly and was wondering if anybody would like to give me advice on a diet. I am a 22 yr old male,6'4" and currently 218lbs. I am a former college football player and would like to still stay in shape. I would like to have a diet that can help me increase my muscle mass while staying as lean as possible. If anyone could give me info on supplements, training, diet, and cardio that would be great and I would really appreciate it.
Hey Frank, thanks for answering. Basically I am doing a pre-exhaustion workout around 5:00pm with pump sets and drop sets five days a week and doing lower body on wednesday only. I also have been doing cardio in the mornings for about 20-30min everyday. I probably take in about 2,500cals a day through six meals. I currently have a part time job so my budget is not the greatest but I sacrifice. My current supplements are Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, Optimum Thermo Pump, and tribulus.
