I am on the Beverly advanced fat loss diet and doing the workout that goes with the diet. I have been on the diet for five weeks. the workout is a eight week program. right now the diet is working great I am right on track.

my question is should I change my diet after the eight weeks or can I keep going with the Keto diet. I don't know how long the body can take that kind of diet it is my frist time doing the keto diet.

I am also taking the following supp.

UMP 2- scoops twice a day
Lean Out 2- with every meal and with shakes
7-keto 2- twice a day
quadrcarn 2- three times a day
EFA 3- twice a day
super pak once a day
gultmine with workout
density 2- prior workout 3- after workout

if I need to chage anything with the supp on the Keto diet or does that look pretty good.
