What would be a good breakfast, or what foods would be good to eat. Currently, I eat about 3 servings of cold cereal (with milk), an egg white and a banana. What are good cereals to eat and what should I add/ take away from my normal breakfast?

Well, here is what I eat pretty much every day. If this helps.
1/2 cup dry oats (not the quick or instant type) = 1 cup cooked in water and I add 1 tbsp golden raisins. 1 cup egg whites (Egg Beater or All Whites depening on what's on sale at the time.) 2 Whole eggs. 16 Oz water mixed with an NO product to kick start my heart if you know what I mean. Norris,
I think that visiting the FAQ section of the homepage www.bodybuildingworld.com is going to be extremely helpful in seeing the best types of foods and amounts of them to eat to achieve your specific goals. There are three different plans to choose from depending on your goal. I ususally recommend Achieving a Fat-to-Muscle Transition as the best place to start. Using this type of diet is essential to building muscle while at the same time losing fat. You can also see a Master Foods List for food substitutions to this type of plan. As far as the most important supplements to begin with, I recommend starting with a few basics. Super Pak vitamins, Ultimate Muscle Protein, Glutamine Select and Creatine Select are the top all around products for anyone wanting to change their physique. Coupled with one of the nutrition plans from the FAQ section, results are inevitable. You can read more about these products here http://www.beverlyinternational.com/store/. CR |
