This may sound like a silly question but I am going to ask it anyway: does it matter what night I have my cheat meal? I usually plan it for Saturday nights but this week it may be on Sunday...
I am trying to maintain my body fat % around 14 but won't be competing until the fall...

My $0.02
I don't think the day matters. However, I would not cheat on a heavy training day when your body needs the nutrition the most. Personally, I would rather cheat on an earlier meal or at least have one more good meal before retiring for the evening.

If bodyfat is your primary concern, it would be best to have your cheat meal earlier in the day and on a day you train. However, the cheat meal or refeed meal is also to allow for a physical and mental break, so you may just want to have it when it is best or most convenient for you.

If you meant on what actual day of the week, I would save it for a weekend day so you could enjoy a meal with family or friends.
